At Aziale, we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we will do our best to make it right.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • With tags still attached and in the original packaging

How to Request a Return

Please contact our support team at support@aziale.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

We will provide return instructions and the address upon approval.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after the item arrives at our return centre

Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different size or colour? Simply mention it in your email. We will guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn or washed

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale products

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
